SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all goods to be shipped to Singapore, that are in stock within 2-3 days from the order date, around 7 days for international shipments, maximum 15 days due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
Out of Stock Items
If particular goods are out of stock and you would like to purchase them, please email us at info@decoratelane.com and we will have it ordered in for you, or if the stock is on its way, we let you know when the stock is arriving and provide you with an estimated time frame on when the goods will reach you, and you can decide if you would like to continue with making the purchase transaction.
International Orders
Our shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges and will be held liable for any charges that may occur.

Please be aware that your delivery may also be subject to local custom charges, over which we have no control, and must be borne by you.
Once your order is mailed, we will send you an update with the tracking number via email.
Pre Orders
Please be sure to check the product details on the items you have purchased as there may be lead times specified on the product page. We will do our best to improve lead times where possible.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We do not have a refund or exchange policy.
However, your satisfaction is key, so should you be sent a defective item not by purpose, and would like to return the goods for a refund or an exchange, do drop us an email at info@decoratelane.com within 7 days from the date you receive the goods, and we will come up with the best possible solution to ensure you're satisfied and pleased.
In such a case, where the item is defective, goods must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customers responsibility until we receive it back - we therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
Please also bear in mind before you consider the goods as defective and returning them for an exchange or refund that:
a.) many of the goods are handmade or dyed, often using organic, raw and natural materials therefore they are of a delicate nature and may vary slightly between each piece, hence no piece will look the same. If this is the issue of your intended return, we will decline the return.
b.) fabrics of the goods are done by eye, and telltale signs of the human hand, even imperfections, are part of the ineffable humanity and beauty of the craft. If this is the issue of your intended return, we will decline the return.
